3 basic stitches ( CS/ SC / DC )
That you can crochet a couple of rectangles.
2 hooks ( J / 6mm & H 5mm )
Some medium worsted weight yarn #4 (ARAN)

If you can count till 100 and if you have the above mentioned skills and materials you can have this cardigan done in ...oh, let's say 1 week, 2 weeks tops!
